Assisted Living and Healthcare at Meadow Creek

Meadow Creek works to exceed the needs of our residents. Our community provides everything you need to live a new lifestyle within a maintenance-fee environment. It's the difference between finding somewhere you can stay and somewhere you never want to leave.

Assisted Living Care is a little help from your friends - where residents and staff are loved, valued and treated with dignity. It includes all the amenities available to Independent Living residents plus extended care on three levels.

• Three meals a day and daily snacks
• TMedication administration
• TRegular weight and blood pressure checks
• TInitial and periodic RN assessment
• TAssistance with personal hygiene, transfers, walking, etc.

Care fees are based on the individual needs or desires of each resident. The intake assessment will determine how much assistance is needed for activities of daily living and the appropriate monthly fee.

Supportive Services

Local home health services can provide more intense care for residents who need additional help with certain daily activities or assistance on a short- or long-term basis.
